The FW19 collection is neutral and subtle in character; romantic feelings, longings, always lingering but out of reach. The collection draws on motifs from the Romantic period, incorporating poetry by the Canadian writer Brixton Sandhals in elegant yet powerful strokes of calligraphy. The use of corduroy, tannin and tweed gives a deep and sinuous color, while in the slim outline of each piece harkens to a boyishness, a power, and a fragility characteristic to DEMO that is at once masculine, feminine, and young.
